Main Dining Room:
Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner, and can be made through the Club Receptionist.  Music for listening and dancing is provided in the Main Dining Room on select Friday or Saturday evenings.  Details will be in the bi-monthly Member Magazine, The Prospect. In general, reservations for the Main Dining Room are recommended and appreciated.

Breakfast:  Monday-Friday     7:00am - 9:30am
Lunch:       Monday-Friday     11:30am - 2:00pm
Dinner:      Tuesday-Saturday  5:30pm - 9:00pm

Please note that there are special dining hours for the summer months - the clubhouse will be closed on Saturday evenings during the months of July and August.

From time to time, the Main Dining Room will be closed for Dinner during a large-scale Member Event, such as Lobster & Lights. On such occasions, a Light Fare Menu will be made available in the Lounge.

Member Lounge:
Is your primary office is in the suburbs? The Hartford Club offers you a home base in Hartford.  We like our members to think of the Member Lounge as their "Living Room in the City", a comfortable place to meet friends or business associates, read the paper, log in to their email on their laptop using our wireless network, have a drink or coffee, even just to recharge their phone.

Use of the Member Lounge is restricted to Hartford Club Members, Reciprocal Club Members, and their accompanying guests. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres are offered Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  Details will be in the monthly Member Magazine, The Prospect.

Friday                        until midnight
Saturday                    5:00 pm - midnight

The Clubhouse is closed on Sundays with the exception of select holiday brunches.  Traditionally, the Club closes for 10 days in July or August for its annual shutdown; advance notice, as well as a list of area country clubs offering dining reciprocity for the duration of the shutdown period, will be posted in The Prospect and on the Calendar in the Members Only sectionof this website.

The Member Lounge, Smoking Lounge, Billiard Room and Main Dining Room are restricted to use by Hartford Club Members, Reciprocal Club Members, and their accompanying guests.  Visitors to the Club who are attending private events in one of the Club’s function rooms may enjoy the Lounges and Billiard Room only when accompanied by a Hartford Club Member or registered Reciprocal Club Member.

Should the Club close due to severe weather, every effort will be made to notify Members with reservations in advance.
