Traveling for business or leisure? The Hartford Club offers reciprocity with nearly 250 clubs worldwide for dining, private events, accommodations (where applicable) and golf (where applicable). Many members take advantage of them for their excellent overnight accommodations, meeting and event space, or a welcoming place to meet up with friends after work, where they’ll be treated as members rather than just hotel guests or restaurant customers.
Members who are interested in visiting one of these clubs should call the Club Receptionist to arrange for a Letter of Introduction. With many of these clubs, Reciprocal Club charges must be settled with a credit card upon departure from that club; Members may not charge their Reciprocal Club expenses back to their Hartford Club account. Use of Reciprocal Clubs is limited to those clubs that are more than 35 miles from the Member's home and office. Hartford Club Guest Passes may not be issued or used for reciprocal privileges.
