Private Events:
Members may arrange for private rooms for business and social events by contacting the Club’s Catering Department. Private room rental fees may be waived in conjunction with minimum banquet food and beverage purchase. Guests attending private events are subject to the Club’s policies, including the Club’s Dress Code, Cell Phone, and Smoking policies. Visitors to the Club who are attending private events in one of the Club’s function rooms may enjoy the Member Lounge only if they are, or are accompanied by, a Hartford Club Member.
Sponsoring Private Events:
While the Club’s tax status precludes it from soliciting outside the membership for private event business, Members are encouraged to sponsor private events for their relatives, friends and associates. If the sponsoring Member is not present, the event host is charged a reasonable room rental fee. Please contact the Catering Sales Office for more details.
