THC Women`s Networking Group   Word-of-mouth may be one of the oldest forms of advertising, but referrals are even more powerful. The Women`s Networking Group is being formed to help entrepreneurial minded Hartford Club women grow their businesses more effectively through networking and will be dedicated to helping its members with business referrals in a positive, supportive environment.   Business people gain new business when their expertise is known and others reach a comfort level with them. But personal marketing must be planned in the same way as print or internet advertising. Bi-monthly meetings provide a forum that will allow women to meet business peers who have a need for each other`s expertise or know someone who does. And, exchanging business leads among the Group will encourage business referred back your way when there is an opportunity.   We would like to limit the Group to 25 professional specialties. These women do not have to be members of the Club, so we would encourage you to propose a colleague that would be a good fit for one of the categories.   Ongoing meetings will be scheduled for the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month beginning at 8:00am sharp and will conclude at 9:00am. Continental breakfast will be served, so arrive at 7:45am to socialize. There will be a nominal fee to cover the cost of breakfast and materials.   If you`ve had "enough" of recession and want to aggressively grow your business, there will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 16th at 8am to cover all the details.
