Parking for Members: Members have access to the Travelers Garage adjacent to the Club via their own Member Access Parking Cards.  Fees for Members and guest parking will be automatically charged to the Member Account.  The fee for parking is $4 per use for Members & Members’ guests.  Parking charges cannot be paid at the garage exit.

There are adequate spaces available for the Club; however, if all the available spaces are used, the Club sign at the head of the driveway will indicate “Garage is Full”.

There is a $10 per card Replacement Fee for lost Access Cards.  Access Cards are the property of the Club and must be surrendered upon resignation from the Club.

Parking for Guests: The following procedures will be in effect for Members’ Guests:

• Guests will pull up to the new gate at the head of the driveway, press the intercom button, and give the Member’s name as their host.
• If the Member’s name is on the reservation list, the attendant will raise the gate and allow the Member’s guests to enter the parking garage. 
• If the Member’s name is not on the reservation list, Travelers Security will not allow the Member’s guests to enter the parking garage.
• To enhance the Member’s guests’ experience when visiting the Club, their guest’s parking fees will automatically be charged to the Member Account.  However, if the Member so chooses, their guests may pay their own parking fees in cash to the Club Receptionist; the Member should please prompt them to do so upon their arrival at the Club. Parking fees cannot be paid at the garage exit.

The reservation process is simple:  Members should call the Club Receptionist and make their reservations for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or a Member Event, or just notify the Club that they will be using the Member Lounge.  The Club will alert Travelers Security that the Member’s guests are expected.  If the Member doesn’t have a reservation in advance, Travelers Security will not allow the Member’s guests to enter the parking garage. Fifteen minutes is suitable advance notice. In general, reservations for dining and Member Events are always recommended and greatly appreciated.

Parking for Private Event and Banquet Attendees: Private Event and Banquet Parking will be Master Billed at a reduced rate to the Event contract, at the host’s discretion and by prior arrangement.

Valet:  Valet service is complimentary for Members, Guests, and Private Event and Banquet Attendees evenings beginning at 5:30 pm.  Tipping the valet is at personal discretion.
